The Fabric project is a urban development project catalyzing growth in innovative Black business and creative entrepreneurship in North Omaha through the renovation and activation of 5 commercial spaces and 3 apartments located at 2514-2522 North 24th Street, adjacent to the North Omaha Trail. The project began in July of 2021 and renovation of all buildings is expected to be completed by the fall of 2022.
